Mark Kretzinger is proud to be a member of the Refrigerated Foods Association (RFA).

The Refrigerated Foods Association (RFA) is an organization of manufacturers and suppliers of refrigerated prepared foods united by a common interest: to advance and safeguard the industry.

The Association (RFA) was formed in 1980 as the Salad Manufacturers Association (SMA) to meet the needs of the then budding wet salad industry (potato salad, cole slaw, pasta salad, protein salads, etc.).

The Association has grown from its humble beginnings of 12 salad makers in 1980 to over 140 refrigerated food companies across the world today.
The Association’s main function has always been to serve the technical, marketing, and regulatory needs of its members and provide a network for the industry. The Association serves as an information clearinghouse for businesses involved in the manufacture and sale of their food products.
